Ooh La La, it’s time to share some Rock The Dress photos we did while in Paris.  This beautiful bride Rocked a Chritian Lacroix gown, a Parisian household name for style and fashion.  It was an amazing experience to be able to do what we love and our favorite city in the world (Paris).  Special thanks to the house of Christian Lacroix for making this possible, Accessories and Birdcage Veil: Twinkle Twinkle, Hair and Makeup: Daniela Eschbacher, and a big special thanks to my wife Angie for helping during the photoshoot and getting some killer shots herself.

I’ve been dying to share these images with you all and now that new blog is live and today is the first day of school, today is the perfect day!  Nathalie and her mom came to our studio looking for “different” quince pictures.  After plenty of planning, lots of anticipation, and some French lessons, this is what we got.

After we took plenty of pictures with that gorgeous red dress, we hit the area around The Sacre Coeur for some more urban type pictures.

This has been one of our favorite experiences, partly because the strong bond we created with both Nathalie and Dianelys.  We can’t wait to create the final album–it’s going to be like no other one I have ever worked on.

After many years with the same look I decided to change things a bit with the blog.  Our blog has just been redesigned to give you bigger images, a more consistent look with our main website, and expandable to new options coming in the near future.  Note: if you experience any problems while viewing the new blog, please clean your cache memory and revisit the blog.

For the next few weeks I will posting some recent work that I’ve been waiting to redesign my blog to share them with you. I wanted to try something different so I went with Melissa and her entourage to her last fitting where we got some pretty cool shots.

Until he saw the bride.  Then it was all down hill from there.  My man couldn’t contain his emotions, but I think it was the dust in the air.  They have to clean those AC ducts, as it’s making all the grooms cry.  Not cool!!

As I said before, the best speech I’ve ever heard from a groom.  Of course only Jessica will ever know if what he said at the end was true or not.  Jessica was it true???

Check out these images from Rachel and Anthony’s wedding at the Ritz Carlton, Naples.    They had a beautiful intimate affair so we had a lot of fun shooting with them almost the whole day.  Her makeup and hair was done by Gloria Pelo.  Here’s a link to their engagement session.

Anthony’s friend is a car collector and he was nice enough to bring one of his vintage cars for them to use during portraits.

We wanted to get some sunset shots but I wanted to do something a little more, so we talked to the staff at the Ritz and they quickly set up a table for us before sunset.

Today I want to share with you some pictures from Chaitra and Josh’s beautiful wedding in St. Lucia.  We feel very fortunate and grateful that our work is taking us around the world (literally) to capture these special moments, but we feel even more grateful that we have you all with whom we can share these pictures.  Chaitra and Josh tied the knot at The Jalousie Plantation (Shantal Solomon, Romance Director).  I highly highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a wedding in St. Lucia.  The property is managed by the Viceroy, so you’ll get modern high-end amenities, killer decor, mixed with warm island lifestyle, and above all, surreal views.   That’s probably why they filmed the last season of The Bachelor there.  Chaitra’s hair was done at the Hair-Rainforest  Spa at Jalousie Plantation,  makeup by Marcia Greene from DC (240-593-7999), Photography by: Alain Martinez Photography.

A special thanks to Chaitra and Josh for so flawlessly arranging all of our accommodations, transportation, and even parking at the Miami airport.  Amazing attention to detail which is greatly appreciated.   And another shout out to my beautiful wife Angie for taking some killer shots at this wedding as well.  Here are a few of them.
