Today I bring you some pictures from Yazmin and Javier’s engagement pictures. We try to add a little different element to each engagement session we do, and theirs was no different. We started out urban and casual and we ended up in the water (literally) 5 miles off shore. I’m sure you all will like their shots as much as Yazmin and Javier liked them.
Now take a look at the image below taken from the boat from a regular camera so you can see how dark it was at that point already. That’s right, to get the right shot I don’t mind getting my butt in freezing water.
And this is what I came up with through my camera…
The sky was not photoshoped at all. It was like that on-camera.
Well I hope you liked the shots. We really like doing new and different things for each client, and this happens when the clients give us creative freedom, and don’t mind getting a little wet.

We had a great time shooting! Alain did whatever he needed to do to get the shots we really wanted. His assistant, Laz, was super nice and carried my heavy bag all around the grove.
At the end of our shoot, the low tide crept up on us and my parents boat was stuck in the sand bar. While at sea, in the dark, Javier, Alain, Julien (our videographer) and were pushing the boat out in pitch black water. SCARY! It was an experience we will always remember

Wow! I have to say – as a gal who appreciates good photography – you guys found a gem of a photographer… And it helps that you are both beautiful! You look stunning in every shot – I love it. The locations were fabulous!
